Maren Gehling Joins Azione Unlimited Advisory Board, Bolstering Member-First Vision, Strategic Direction

Azione Unlimited, The Smart Home Association™, proudly announces the election of Maren Gehling, Director of Sales, Custom Home & Integration at Hunter Douglas, to its Advisory Board. With a proven record of driving growth and fostering partnerships in the custom integration industry, Gehling brings a distinctive dual focus: championing the needs of dealers while providing a strategic voice for vendor collaboration.
Her election reinforces Azione Unlimited’s foundational commitment to balanced representation. The 10-member Advisory Board, composed equally of dealer and vendor members, ensures every decision supports the full spectrum of Azione’s 300-plus member community.

A respected industry voice, Gehling joined Hunter Douglas in 2012. She has played a pivotal role in advancing custom integration solutions and strengthening channel partnerships. Her leadership was instrumental in Hunter Douglas joining Azione Unlimited in 2023, and she has since championed initiatives that align the company closely with the organization’s C.I. community.
Gehling’s election was announced at the Azione Unlimited Spring Conference in Indianapolis and is effective immediately.

Her role builds upon the foundation laid by outgoing board member Ron Callis, CEO of One Firefly, whose tenure helped refine Azione’s marketing strategy and leadership structure.
